FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are answers to some of the most common questions we get - in our many years of serving clients, we've heard them all!

 

  • $25-30 per hour per wait staff with a minimum charge of 3 hours. $40 per hour per Chef with a 3 hour minimum. All staffed events will have a gratuity of 18% added to the subtotal of the invoice.

  • Most of London's Venues are available to us and we are on the preferred caterer's list for ~ Museum London, Civic Gardens, Centennial Hall, Grand Theatre and many more. See our section in the SERVICES menu titled VENUES for more

  • Yes, we can take care of all your rental requirements, from dishes to silver coffee service and bar ware. For a gallery of some rental items, see our section in the SERVICES menu titled RENTALS.

  • The Steel Grill can provide the permit and set up a hosted bar for a fee of $50. Alternatively, we can also provide for a permit and cash bar for $100.

  • Yes we do, and we do NOT charge a "corkage fee".

  • Yes. Delivery is available in London and Surrounding Area ~ $25 for daytime delivery (downtown core: 8am-3pm). Delivery costs for outside core and out-of-town areas is extra.

  • Yes. We have a full time florist on staff. We offer exquisite centre piece arrangements to fit every budget ~ large and small ; Large Functions or Smaller intimate ones. See our section in the SERVICES menu titled FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS.

  • Yes. We will travel anywhere in SouthWestern Ontario. Outside of the London Area ~ Travel Time is charged per staff at $25-40 per hour; depending on the distance.

  • Yes, we may offer this service ~ helping to find a venue, decorations, co-ordinating ~ any service you may require to help your event run smoothly and stress free!

  • Yes. We have a large selection of table linens and napkins to choose from.

  • Yes, but a surcharge of 4% is applied, with a processing fee applied to Credit Card charges exceeding $1,000.

  • Yes. You may call to order a catering order and pick it up and finish the cooking at home; or have our friendly driver deliver for you. A Minimum Order does apply.
